These Terms form the entire agreement between you and pkg365 in respect of your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior representations, agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
You must be a minimum of 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, to register and use the Platform. Age verification may be required at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification will result in account suspension pending review.

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances, including Bonuses, held therein.
The Platform is provided for personal use only. You may not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, exploit automated betting systems (bots), or participate in any scheme designed to circumvent the Platform's terms or game mechanics.
To access wagering and transaction features of the Platform, you are required to complete the account registration process by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and, where applicable, your preferred currency (PKR or as otherwise offered). All information submitted must be truthful and kept current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pkg365 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where such use arises from your failure to protect your credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pkg365 immediately via the support channels listed in Section 15. We reserve the right to suspend your Account pending investigation.
The Platform applies Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification procedures as a condition of processing withdrawals and as required by applicable compliance obligations. You may be requested to provide government-issued photo ID (such as a CNIC), proof of address and proof of payment method at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
The Platform supports various payment methods, which may include bank transfers and digital wallets familiar to Pakistani users. Methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced as context for Pakistani users only. None of these providers officially endorse, permit or are affiliated with online gambling transactions. Available payment methods are subject to change without notice and must be confirmed in the live cashier at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed. The Platform reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or breach of these Terms.
Where PKR accounts are available, balances, deposits and withdrawals will be handled in Pakistani Rupees. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility. The Platform is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations affecting cryptocurrency deposit values.
Cryptocurrency Note: Where BTC, USDT or other cryptocurrency deposits are accepted, the PKR equivalent value at the time of deposit will be used for account balance purposes. Cryptocurrency values are volatile and the Platform does not guarantee any specific PKR equivalent on deposit or withdrawal.
All Bonuses offered by pkg365 are subject to specific promotion terms that include, but are not limited to, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, maximum bet restrictions during wagering and expiry dates. Illustrative examples such as a 100% welcome offer up to PKR 25,000, a Sports Starter up to PKR 10,000 or a Cricket Weekend Offer up to PKR 15,000 are provided for descriptive purposes only and do not constitute live promotional guarantees.
Wagering requirements specify the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered through qualifying bets before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 5,000 Bonus means PKR 150,000 in qualifying bets must be completed prior to withdrawal eligibility. Wagering requirements and eligible bet types are specified in the individual promotion's terms.
The Platform actively monitors for Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same Bonus, using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements, coordinated play among multiple Users, and any other conduct intended to exploit promotional terms. Evidence of Bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of Bonus balances and may result in permanent account closure.
pkg365 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are offered at the Platform's sole discretion.
All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event or game category. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of bet settlement for that event.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licensed. In the event of any dispute between you and pkg365, you agree to first contact our support team to attempt informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved within a reasonable period, disputes may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified in the Operator's licensing terms.
